LOVELY! This place won't disappoint. Gorgeous, roomy, luxurious, classy, clean. Due to family, we have stayed in a LOT of Waco Airbnbs. Tons. This is the only one worthy of a repeat visit. It really was super clean, and well stocked and just lovely. Room for a family to spread out, or a friend group to gather. Linens were soft and lovely, beds so comfy. We'll be rebooking this one if it is available when we need it next. They do a good job of warning you about the loud music behind them. And you might think, "oh no!" when you first hear it... but we all put our noise makers on, never even used the ear plugs, and all slept like babies. Truly. Wouldn't hesitate to go back, and next time maybe we'll have time to go and listen to the music around the corner! Outside area great for kids if you need room for them to expel energy. What a find!!

We had a wonderful stay while we visited the Silos and other Magnolia properties. The house was clean and beautifully decorated and very peaceful. One of the highlights for our stay were the cats the live on the porch that are super friendly and our kids absolutely loved taking care of while we were there. We also appreciated the house being fully stocked and the hosts making checkout so easy and painless!

Poppy and rye place was fantastic! I loved the way it was staged. So cute! They put thought into what their guest might need. I have stayed in lots of air bnb’s. This one by far is my favorite! If I ever come back I will stay there again.

We had a great stay here! The space is small but very cozy and felt like home right away. We really appreciated the updates throughout the house. Everything felt modern and thoughtfully designed with purpose. The home had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive and even accommodated an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. The spa/jacuzzi was very clean, and the checkout process was simple and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Waco!

Loved the house and all the above & beyond touches both inside and out. The space felt warm, cozy and welcoming. We loved the history shared on the wall and the poetry of Poppy throughout. Thank you for offering such a beautiful and welcoming home away from home.

I don’t leave reviews, maybe twice in my life, but this adorable little home warranted one! It was so homey, spacious, clean, within walking distance to everything! Dana was so responsive and accommodating, could not have asked for a better host! I wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be booking again!

Our stay at the Bungalow could not have been any better! The details Dana put into this home were amazing. She did not leave a single thing out! The place was so extremely cozy and PRISTINELY clean!!!!! The beds were insanely comfortable and we truly felt at home! We did not want to leave! THE best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and will absolutely be back!

Wonderful stay for four of us. Great communication from owner. Was very happy to have the small half bathroom with four people. Easy to find and enter the home from the car port area which was appreciated with groceries. Home was very clean and beds were comfortable. Yummy sweet treats when we arrived. Close enough to downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

It is obvious when you first walk in that they understand what it takes to be a great host, no words can explain the attention to detail that you will experience when staying here.
