Rest, relax, restore in this charming, peaceful home. Our little house is in a sweet neighborhood surrounded by kind neighbors. It’s tucked away behind a deep-set, fenced lawn which provides security and privacy. Our outdoor courtyard is a cozy spot to have some wine by the fire, and enjoy the 100-year old tree canopy. And bonus! We’ve added an outdoor hot tub to soak your troubles away… ahhh. ☺️ Our place has 1 bedroom with a king bed, plus a cheerful sunroom with a guest-handy twin bed. Yay!

This charming 1920s cottage is a tranquil oasis, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is nestled behind a deep-set lawn and sits beneath a lovely canopy of towering, mature oak trees, with a privacy hedge that runs the perimeter of the property. Winding brick pathways lead to an adorable outdoor courtyard -- the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long, hard day at work. The house features all new furnishings with interior design by a top-rated home designer in Waco. The driveway features a newly installed solar-powered gate for complete security. The house is 1 bedroom (featuring brand new premium king mattress with luxury linens), and also features a cozy bonus sunroom with a twin-sized daybed perfect for birdwatching and/or afternoon naps.
Other Details to Note
This little place is adorable. (Said the not-so-unbiased owner. haha) Seriously, it's charming beyond measure... but! We always like to let our guests know that 1) it was built in the 1920s and as such, while abundant in charm, it does not (yet) have a dishwasher (at least not a mechanical one) so you'll be going back to the 20s with hand-washing (it's actually sorta satisfying). And 2) the shower pressure is decent, but not super strong -- just in case you're a power-self-wash kinda person. So... we always strive for transparency, which is why we share all this extra info... so there ya have it. That said, the charming surroundings, amazing decor, comfy bed, great neighbors, deep-set fenced lawn (great for pets!), solar-powered driveway gate, 100+year oaks and newly added hot tub make this the greatest place to stay in Waco! (Said the not-so-unbiased owner. haha!) Seriously, we'd love to have ya. So come stay! #LiVeLoVeLoVely #theLVhouse P.S. We have lots of on-property storage... so feel free to bring any extras along if you need to tuck some boxes/furniture/etc away. We got you.
