This place was FANTASTIC! one of the best airbnb i’ve stayed in. the place was so cute and cozy. I will definitely be booking again some time in the future. the place was very clean when we got there and i couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in.

I don’t even know what to stay! I’ve been doing Airbnb for more than a decade and this was one of my favorites. So cozy, so clean, so much thoughtfulness behind the decor + stay experience. You will not regret staying here! Truly. These folks go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. It was clean, there were two full bathrooms even though it was a tiny space, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the hot tub, the bathroom amenities were plentiful, and so much more. Just trust me. Book it!

Dana and Rye made us feel so at home and comfortable in the heart of Waco. We were visiting friends and it was so lovely to have a place to stay and for our friend to have a parking spot! She provided snacks and great Waco recommendations!

Poppy & Rye was a great little place. Perfect for walking to the Silos and other shops and restaurants. The space itself was so well pulled together. It’s comfortable and cozy, beautifully decorated and designed.

I don't know where to start! I have been to a lot of AirBnb's and this one was by far one of the very best. Dana and Rye are the best hosts. Special details, communication, Dana making a special trip (on CHRISTMAS!) to the house before we got there to make sure the temperature was comfortable, and just overall kindness. The house is SUPER adorable and cozy. Newly remodeled and they did a fabulous job. The location was outstanding for anything you'd want to do. The outdoor area and fire pit was perfect for us to connect. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. If you go to Waco, stay here! You won't be sorry!

Poppy’s Place was absolutely the best place to stay! The thought and effort Dana has put into this house is above and beyond! It is a beautiful place. She even decorated for Christmas! It was so cozy and welcoming!
